CAT 385 Long Reach Package for mass excavator -- 40' reach now; Options listed below to make CAT385 mass excavator to reach further --
Option 1 -- Build 28' extension for total of 68', with a 6 yd clam 1800-2000lb per yd (fly ash) - $24,400.
Option 2 -- Stretch boom 10' ($27,000.) and build 20' model 80 extension ($18,400.) for total of 70' - $45,400.
Option 3 -- Stretch boom 10' ($27,000.) and build 30' dipper stick ($35,000.) for total of 70' - $62,000.
Option 4 -- Build new 40' boom ($75,000.), 30' dipper stick ($35,000.) and hydraulic lines ($10,000.) - $120,000.
