Design improvements: No springs...no broken springs... the old spring design has been modernized to the new and accpeted style rubber pad. No broken springs, no down time replacing the springs. Eventually springs break and have to be replaced. Rockblasters do not utilize springs. Hose Swivels: Rockblasters have the hose swivels moved to the center of the hammer. This shortens the hoses, streamlines them, and helps to prevent the hose wear that occurs when mounted on the side. Hammer Sizes: Carrier weight and useage will determine the size hammer you will need. You can use a smaller hammer on a larger machine if they flow and pressure are adjusted correctly. The carrier sizes and weights are guidelines only. · Rockblaster Hydraulic Hammers are test run and all accumulators are precharged. · Rockblaster Hydraulic Hammers are ready to run. Flow and pressure on your carrier must be adjusted to the        required specification for the hammer to maximize the preformance. Grease: Your best friend and protector. You must grease the tool every 2 hours while operating. Parts:  Parts can be purchased worldwide through various replacement parts manufacturers and our location in New York. Tools: Rockblaster only uses top quality, heat treated, quality controlled tools. All tools are in stock and can be shipped overnight. Exchange Policy: Roundtrip freight and $300 exchange fee if unused - $650 if used. Safety: Read the operators manual and use caution. |
